​Registration fees

Pre-conference registration has now closed. Walk-in registrations are welcome, payment must be made in cash at the venue:

​

• Regular USD 200 / JPY22,000

• Student USD 120 / JPY13,000
   

Registration fees include conference pack, three lunches, six coffee breaks, and one social event.

Hotel fees

The online hotel reservation is now closed. (April 17, 2019)

 

When you want to reserve a room at Dai-ichi Hotel Ryogoku, you have to pay hotel fees, in addition to registration fees, to complete your reservation. You are responsible for any further expenses you will incur at Dai-ichi Hotel Ryogoku.

Tokyo University of Foreign Studies can offer a letter of invitation to assist you with attending the SEALS 29 conference in Japan.

​

• To be eligible to request a letter of invitation, you must first register to attend the SEALS 29 conference and pay the registration fees. Then write to us with your receipt at sealsxxix + at + gmail.com.

• A letter of invitation is only available to individuals listed on the conference program.
